This class will be a compliment to all the work and practice you have done to heal; it will focus on what you need to practice.

One of the surprises I ran into when following a spiritual path was that my mindset and understanding of the energetic and spiritual mechanisms became more and more important as I cleaned up.  My body needed guidance and direction to achieve and maintain higher states of awareness.  This meant I needed to practice and engage the body for automation so that I didn’t have to keep going over things again.  Practice while applying a model the body can understand was my key to the next levels. It allows the vital force to organize while doing complex tasks.
